Hey, misunderstandings happen. But AV companies should make every effort to avoid holding the bag when a client expects something from a project that nobody saw coming. Professionals call it “scope creep” and it can seriously cut into profitability. Clearly defined scope statements — created at the beginning of a project — can help avoid misunderstandings and keep all parties happy.
