The European Council is a forum for European members to work on issues of common concern in their region and to provide a way to ensure their needs are represented within the association. InfoComm's classroom courses are offered around the world. (See current offerings.) One of the association's most popular online courses, Essentials of the AV Industry, is now offered in German and Spanish, wth more to follow.

Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), incorporating InfoComm Europe, serves the entire European region, including the UK, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with exciting opportunities to explore AV and electronics systems for the commercial and residential markets. In 2006, InfoComm sponsored the 2006 European Market Definition and Strategy Study — the first time the professional AV industry has quantified the size of the European market.
