About Certified AudioVisual Solutions Providers (CAVSPs)
The CAVSP is the only company-level recognition program available for the commercial AV industry, and InfoComm invests in promoting the CAVSP standard the world over to numerous different vertical markets. It is based on the percentage of a company’s personnel (technical, sales or customer service) who have achieved either the General CTS or the specialized CTS in Design or Installation.
There are three levels of CAVSP:
- Silver CAVSP, recognizing 50 percent of staff are InfoComm Certified

Gold CAVSP, recognizing 75 percent of all sales, customer service and technical staff have and maintain InfoComm Certification |
