Home Run at Target Field
Fifty-eight architects and one lucky teen toured Target Field in Minneapolis on August 26. InfoComm and its members put together an informative presentation and then led the group on a behind-the-scenes AV tech tour of the four-month-old stadium. Standards to be Presented at AIA Academy of Architecture for Justice
InfoComm standards topics will be presented at the American Institute of Architects (AIA) regional meeting of the Academy of Architecture for Justice at their quarterly event. The program will be held at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Sept. 23, 12:30 p.m.-5 p.m., with a reception following. This half-day conference will delve into the impact of changing technologies and legal practices on the functional, operational and security issues of courtroom design. Integrate and InfoComm Sign Deal
Alchemedia Events and InfoComm International are pleased to announce an exclusive co-operative agreement between the two organizations for the Integrate Show. From 2011 onward the event will be known as Integrate Expo in association with InfoComm International. More

At least 170 people attended InfoComm Academy programs at Integrate 2010, an increase from 110 in 2009. This rise in attendance was also evident in the number of InfoComm member ribbons seen throughout the show.

InfoComm Academy will offer an increased educational program for the 2011 show. Individuals interested in presenting should submit their proposals today!
