2014 is bringing many changes to the professional development programme in Amsterdam. For the first time ever, InfoComm International®
is inviting you to take two InfoComm University™ courses FOR FREE at ISE. Explore all of the sessions that are available to you at ISE 2014 only. Also new this year is a special track specifically for education technology managers.
There are four sessions on technology trends, networking, commissioning and much more for technology managers. You do not need to register for
your two free InfoComm University sessions. All ISE attendees will receive two vouchers with their badge. Simply bring that voucher to the
course you’d like to attend. But, please come early as seats are limited. Vouchers are also available for
purchase if you would like to attend more than two InfoComm sessions.
Plus, CTS Study Session, an intensive one-day prep for the Certified Technology Specialist™ (CTS®) exam, debuts at ISE. You can
now have an InfoComm-presented CTS Study Session right before you take the CTS exam right at ISE. Note: This is the only exception to
the free vouchers. Register now through the ISE website;

Networked AV Systems in London
Will Be Returning in 2014

The Networked AV Systems class which was held in London 29-31 Oct., was a great success and we are pleased to announce we will
be holding it again next year. Stay tuned for details early in the new year. The course presents an opportunity to gain an
in-depth understanding of AV and IT concepts including the capabilities and limitations of remote monitoring and management,
how to discover your customer's security concerns for the AV system and how to tell the differences between emerging technologies
in streaming and conferencing. Professionals are also eligible to receive a maximum of 24 RUs. More information on this course and
