Exhibit Space Payment Reminder

Don’t forget that the next 25% installment payment on your exhibit space will be due on October 26, 2007. If you have any questions regarding your exhibit space payments or invoice, please contact your InfoComm exposition sales manager or e-mail us at exhibitsales@infocomm.org.

Meeting Space and Audio Demo Rooms

Due to the continued growth of the show, exhibitor demand and the limited available space in the Las Vegas Convention Center and Las Vegas Hilton, InfoComm will be unable to meet all exhibitor requests for meeting space next June. However, we plan to add built-out meeting spaces on the show floor in both the Central and North Halls of the LVCC to help meet your needs. If you are interested in securing meeting space or need to expand your exhibit space to allow for meeting space within your booth, please plan accordingly and contact us at your earliest convenience.

A Meeting Space Request form with available meeting rooms and rates will be sent out to all exhibitors in the coming weeks. Please pay attention to the deadline for requesting space and be advised that full payment for the space will be due by December 15, 2007 in order to guarantee any meeting space assignments. Meeting spaces will be assigned based on exhibitor’s priority points ranking for requests received by the deadline. If you have questions about meeting space, please contact Kurt St. Clair, InfoComm Director of Exposition Operations at kstclair@infocomm.org.

NSCA and InfoComm

InfoComm International, the worldwide leader in professional AV exhibitions and NSCA, the leading trade association for the electronics systems contracting industry, have announced a cooperative effort to consolidate the leading industry events for both the professional AV and electronics systems industry. As part of this consolidation, the 2008 NSCA Systems Integration Expowill now become part of InfoComm’s annual tradeshow in Las Vegas on June 18-20, 2008. NSCA will also transfer its ownership interest in Integrated Systems Europe to the remaining partners, as per a separate operating agreement.

What new events will happen at the 2008 InfoComm show with the NSCA Expo integration? NSCA and InfoComm have begun to collaborate and plans for shared events are underway. There will be a new NSCA Electronics Systems Pavilion on the show-floor at InfoComm 2008. In addition, NSCA University classes and certification testing will also be offered.

Beyond InfoComm 08, a new event called NSCA TechWeek, sponsored by InfoComm, will be launched next year. This event will feature education programs from NSCA University and the InfoComm Academy and will include tabletop exhibits and manufacturer training. NSCA TechWeek, sponsored by InfoComm, will be an event exclusive to the professional AV channel and electronic systems professionals. This trade-only conference will feature education, certification programs and manufacturer training. The event is being developed for technicians, installers, design and sales personnel.

NXTcomm

NXTcomm will occupy the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center June 16-19, 2008. It is the only venue where the business and technology of communications, information and entertainment meet. With more than 450 exhibitors, 200,000 n.s.f. of exhibit space and more than 100 educational sessions, no other industry forum delivers a more comprehensive view of the convergence of so many growth industries. With NXTcomm co-locating with InfoComm, this gives attendees of InfoComm and NXTcomm the ability to visit both show floors and engage in valuable training that will provide a more robust tradeshow experience. Furthermore, this will also allow show organizers to share logistical resources and plan cooperative special events that will benefit exhibitors and attendees of both events. The shows will be marketed both jointly and independently. For more information about NXTcomm08, visit NXTcommShow.com.

If you need any assistance with your planning for InfoComm 2008 next June in Las Vegas, please contact us at 800.659.7469 or exhibitsales@infocomm.org.

Best regards,

The InfoComm Show Management Team
