Interspace Industries invites InfoComm 2007 Visitors to see New Products

TUCSON, Ariz. -- Interspace Industries (i2), provider of specialist technical products and services to the rental and staging market, will be demonstrating two new products from its sophisticated cueing and timing systems range at InfoComm 2007.

Visitors to booth 6443 will be able to see Interspace Industries’ Cue4 multi-PowerPoint wireless control system and Soft CountDown versatile speaker timing solution in action in a real show environment – both as the front of house presenters and audience would experience the product benefits, and how the back stage technical team would use them.

Cue4 has been developed to enable i2’s MasterCue V5 USB cueing system to control multiple computers. Four USB connections allow presentations on up to four computers to be stepped on (or back) at the same time. This additional connectivity can be used to provide extra resilience against computers that ‘hang’ midway through an important presentation – and will ensure that the switchover from the main computer to the back-up will be seamless and invisible to the audience. Cue4 also enables two further computers to display the presenters’ notes and "one ahead" to the next slide in the presentation.

Soft CountDown is a new software and USB hardware product based on CountDown2 – a popular, programmable and versatile numeric display timer system. With Soft CountDown the countdown clock (or count-up, or real time of day if the presenter prefers) can be displayed on the computer screen and on remote displays if desired. The numeric display on the computer screen can also be resized and the background made transparent. Additional features such as fast, intuitive computer-based set-up, font and color changes and ticker tape messages from technician to presenter, make this a very powerful tool in time management of corporate events.

InfoComm 2007 visitors will also be able to view all other i2 products with the same ‘front of house’ and ‘back stage’ set-up as Cue4 and Soft CountDown. These other products include the MasterCue and MicroCue wireless presentation cueing systems; CountDown and Indicator speaker timing solutions; and CiO, PC BalBox, and PXB audio interface products for improved sound quality at shows. All i2 products provide solutions to genuine rental and staging issues not covered by any other fully safety certified, CE and FCC compliant product range on the market today.
