AV Outreach Programs

New Speaking Opportunities – Share your AV expertise as a speaker! Contact outreach@infocomm.org if you are interested in any of these:  

Wisconsin: Arts, AV Technology, Communications speakers needed at Wilmont Union High School located in Kenosha County.

Atlanta: Specialty Graphics Imaging Association, SGIA, is looking for participants in a panel experts within digital signage for their tradeshow.  

The InfoComm outreach staff seeks experts on topics covering AV in business, education, government, worship, retail or museums. Send the topics and bios that you are experienced speaking on to outreach@infocomm.org for consideration.

Outreach activities include:

  • CareerCorps – Searching for trained AV professionals. InfoComm member companies are invited to interview candidates for FREE after they receive three days of technical AV training from us. Find out how you can participate.

  • Regional Roundtables – FREE to InfoComm members! Designed to bring AV professionals together to learn more about the industry while facilitating peer networking and obtaining feedback on ways InfoComm can better serve the industry. Find out more today!

  • Lunch & Learns and Facility Tours – Targeted to architects and facility managers to increase awareness about the AV industry. Want to participate?

  • AV Historians – InfoComm is capturing stories and memories from audiovisual professionals as part of this oral living history project leading up to the association’s 70th anniversary in 2009.
