Certification holds technicians to high standards of performance
TSAV is pleased to announce that 17 more of its employees have received CTS certification from InfoComm International.
The InfoComm Independent Certification Committee is autonomous, and as such, is solely responsible for the administration, oversight, and development of credible Certified Technology Specialist certifications (CTS, CTS-I, and CTS-D) and for ensuring the credentials meet high standards of ethical and professional practice for the audiovisual industry. An agreement to abide by the CTS Code of Ethics and Conduct is now part of the initial application process, and a new Ethics and Disciplinary Committee investigates violations, issues sanctions as warranted, and publishes sanctions on the InfoComm website. Exams are now provided in computer-based testing format at over 400 professional testing centers worldwide.
TSAV encourages certification of all technicians to ensure maintenance of the highest standard of ethical and professional practice. The number of certified technicians at TSAV speaks volumes about their dedication to their work, and the quality performance clients can expect from TSAV every time.
