Lunch & Tours

InfoComm continues its Lunch & Tour series offering presentations and facility tours to the architect and building communities. These have become popular events. Architects receive two AIA/CES Learning Units.
We are now seeking interesting venues to hold these events. Please contact outreach@infocomm.org if you would like to showcase a unique AV installation.
The Lunch & Tours enable members to showcase unique AV installations to architects and building owners. An InfoComm member leads the educational/case study presentation over lunch, followed by a tour. Locations are identified through a proposal process. Members may submit proposals for their best projects. InfoComm evaluates proposals and determines site selection based on:
- Size and significance of the AV application
- Whether the client has granted permission to host a tour
- Whether there is space to accommodate 50 people for a presentation and lunch
- What “best practices” architects will see
- Site's convenience to metro areas
