For the first time, InfoComm International is making it as easy as possible for interested AV professionals to study and test for the globally recognised Certified Technology Specialist (CTS®) credential during ISE. To help encourage more professionals to earn their CTS certification, InfoComm will be offering CTS Prep and an opportunity to take one of three different CTS exams right at the RAI Amsterdam. Application Labs

New to ISE for 2017 are the Application Labs. These two hour sessions will comprise of instructor-led discussions digging into hot topics including the realms of ‘dark arts’ hacking and network traffic analysis. Each lab will introduce attendees to specific applications and allow for hands-on experience, with laptops will be provided per learner pair. Learn More

Conference Sessions

InfoComm is set to deliver five three-hour conferences from Tuesday to Friday, one of which will be in co-operation with CEDIA. Each conference will explore a set topic, inviting guest speakers to share their insights with chance for panel discussion at the end. Conferences are a fabulous way to find out what prevalent industry professionals are thinking, working towards and talking about. Learn More

MasterClass Sessions

The MasterClass Program will take on the same format as that of 2016 – covering in-depth topics with plenty of opportunity for hands-on activity. You will find numerous exciting subject matters pop up over the course of ISE 2017, such as Dante; Projection Optimisation and Communicating with your IT Customer as well as a collection of reputable speakers presenting. FlashTrack Sessions

Free to attend FlashTrack sessions will take place from Tuesday through to Friday on every hour and half hour on the InfoComm FlashTrack stand 13-N100. Pick and choose from over 50 sessions, including focus areas like Project Management, Social Media Marketing for AV Pros, Digital Signage Life Cycle and more. Women of InfoComm to Launch 2017 Empowerment Alliances at ISE

The Women of InfoComm Network (WIN) is launching its 2017 activities at an engaging networking event at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE). Taking place at The Emerald Room in the RAI on Wednesday 8 February from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., the event builds on last year’s WIN programme and following feedback from the group will spearhead for more WIN activities in Europe during 2017. The event will kick off with speed networking, a chance to spend a few minutes with every person in attendance in a fun and relaxed introductory way and followed by cocktails and canapes, with an opportunity for further general networking. During the session, attendees will also help to compile a list of industry events for 2017 which WIN members will be available to meet up at around the globe. A calendar will then be drawn up and made available to facilitate further meet-ups. To round off the free-to-attend event, WIN will be launching WIN Career Empowerment Alliances for 2017, an initiative to provide opportunities to discuss such issues as career advancement, training, work-life balance, conflict resolution and more. Young AV Professional Networking Event

On Wednesday 8 Feb., InfoComm is hosting an event aimed at young AV professionals aged 35 and under. The free-to-attend event will take place at RAI’s Emerald Room between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., giving young AV members the opportunity to meet their peers in informal surroundings, and learn what InfoComm can do for them. Young professionals will also be able to learn more about how they can get involved in the industry. Business owners will be able to send their young AV professionals to this event in order to help immerse their employees in the industry and build confidence. Learn More
