Amanda Beckner, CTS is the Director of Training for InfoComm International.  In this capacity, she oversees educational content development, revision and instruction in a variety of delivery modes including classroom, web-based and print.  Working closely with PETC since joining InfoComm in 2000, Beckner was instrumental in the documentation of InfoComm’s best practices for Install and Design curricula.  In her previous role as Education & Training Developer, Beckner authored several online courses, classroom courses, books and training materials.  Beckner is a member of the InfoComm University Faculty Program as an adjunct instructor.
