InfoComm University Course Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel 30 or more calendar days prior to the beginning of a course, you may either apply your registration fee one time only to another class in the same calendar year or be issued a full refund.
  • If you cancel 20 or more calendar days prior to the beginning of a course, you may either apply your registration fee one time only to another class in the same calendar year or be issued a 50 percent refund.
  • If you cancel 10 or more calendar days before the beginning of a course, you may apply your registration fee one time only to another enrollment in the same calendar year but you will not be issued a refund.
  • If you cancel nine days or fewer prior to the beginning of a course, you may apply 50 percent of your registration fee one time only to another enrollment in the same calendar year but you will not be issued a refund.
  • If no virtual or onsite class is offered in the same calendar year, you may transfer your enrollment to the first scheduled class in the following year.
  • No-shows are not refunded.
  • If you purchase an online course, you have the following options within the first 30 days of registration:
    • Receive a refund if the class is 0% complete, or
    • Transfer the class to another employee in the same company if the course is less than 25% complete
  • No refunds or transfers are allowed after 30 calendar days.
  • InfoComm-published books may not be refunded nor returned once they have been shipped.
  • InfoComm International┬« reserves the right to cancel courses due to lack of enrollment. Non-refundable expenses are the responsibility of the registrant.
  • Classroom courses will begin and end as scheduled. Any student who misses two hours or more of class time will not be granted a certificate of completion or earn any renewal units.
