As a Senior Design Engineer for AVI-SPL, Dick Tollberg is well-regarded for his engineering expertise and leadership. With a foundation based out of AVI-SPL’s Chicago-area office, Tollberg has been actively involved in the design of AV solutions for Fortune 500 companies from coast to coast for the past 25 years. He has also been a regular advisor to numerous AV equipment manufacturers regarding development of new products.

Tollberg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Trinity College, Deerfield and holds design certifications from a number of major AV manufacturers as well as the CTS-D certification from InfoComm. In addition to his position as member of the University faculty, Tollberg also currently serves on InfoComm’s Professional Education and Training Committee (PETC).
