Neil Shaw

Neil A. Shaw is a Principal with Menlo Scientific Acoustics, Inc., Consultants in Acoustics and Communication Technologies in Topanga, CA. His projects include the design of screening rooms and edit facilities for audio and video post-production, as well as the Los Angeles Fire Department Headquarters building, the Rose Bowl and the Getty Trust.  Current projects include the South Lawn College of Arts and Sciences building at the University of Virginia, the Shangri-La Hotel in Santa Monica, CA, and the von Karman Auditorium at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He is also one of the founders, as well as a Principal, of FGS Intergalactic Cartel and Holding Company, provider of pro-bono live sound reinforcement services in the Los Angeles area. He is a Fellow of the Acoustical Society of America and a member of the IEEE, AES, SMPTE and INCE.
