CTS-D Job Task Analysis

A valid, reliable, fair and realistic assessment of the skills, knowledge and abilities required for competent job performance of CTS-D holders. This document provides a list of general areas of competence, or duties, and several tasks for each duty. It also identifies the general knowledge and skills required of the successful candidate; the tools, equipment, supplies and materials used on the job; safety issues associated with the jobs; and the important candidate behaviors essential for success.
